What Is at the CORE of Your Communications Strategy?

O – it is important to clearly state your Objectives and goals.

E – how will this Effect not only our internal audience but your external audience as well.
Keeping these in mind, means a more well thought-out communications strategy that addresses who you are talking to, why you are talking to them, how and when you will talk to them.
