Resolute Commercial Properties Assumes Property Oversight and Management Responsibilities for Polar Ice Rinks
Resolute Commercial Services has been appointed the Receiver of a portfolio of Ice Rinks called Polar Ice throughout the Phoenix Metropolitan Area. The properties in Chandler, Gilbert, and Peoria contain six sheets of ice, food and beverage operations and retail sales. With 11 sheets of ice located in Maricopa County, this portfolio represents the majority of venues for ice-based activities in the Phoenix metropolitan area.
Resolute is responsible for overseeing the management of the ice rinks and all other operations at each of the three facilities. This includes food/beverage operations, league and tournament play schedules, group sales, and individual free skate opportunities. Polar Ice employs approximately 121 people.
The Receiver working through its affiliated entity, Resolute Commercial Properties, has been given the exclusive listing to sell the portfolio of Polar Ice Rinks in Chandler, Peoria and Gilbert, Ariz.
Resolute is accepting competitive bids for the purchase of the three locations. The deadline to submit bids is Thursday May 30, 2013.
