Quarles & Brady’s Jeffrey H. Wolf Elected to Scottsdale Center for the Performing Arts Board
The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP announced that DC Ranch resident Jeffrey H. Wolf, a partner in the firm’s Phoenix office, has been unanimously elected to the Scottsdale Center for the Performing Arts (“SCPA”) advisory board.
Wolf is a member of the firm’s Commercial Litigation and Franchise and Distribution Groups. His national litigation practice focuses on representing franchisors in complex cases, including the defense of class actions. Wolf has handled a variety of franchise litigation cases involving termination, transfers, rights of first refusal, the implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing, trade secrets, trademark infringement, franchisee associations, and unfair competition.
In addition to his practice, Wolf has been recognized for several honors including; selected as an Arizona’s Finest Lawyer in 2011, as a Legal Eagle by Franchise Times magazine each year since 2004, named to the International Who’s Who of Franchise Lawyers by Who’s Who Legal in 2011 and 2012, listed in The Best Lawyers in America® and in Southwest Super Lawyers® each year since 2007, and in 2012 and 2013 Southwest Super Lawyers® named him as one of the Top 50 attorneys in Arizona. Wolf earned his law degree from Washington University in St. Louis and his undergraduate degree from the University of Hartford.
