Resolute Commercial Services, an Arizona-based receivership and corporate renewal firm, has been appointed receiver of the Americana Hotel, at 639 North Grand Avenue in Nogales, Ariz.

After inspection, Resolute began initial work on issues surrounding the condition of the property. In addition, efforts were focused on property and operational concerns including management oversight, staff development, hotel marketing and financial management.

The property requires a variety of overall improvements as well as new management techniques and a new marketing plan to help increase hotel revenue. Once issues are remediated, Resolute will be in charge of the selling the assets.

Resolute Commercial Services was founded in 2008 by Jeremiah Foster and John Mitchell. Joan Brubacher serves as chief financial officer and as a principal, along with Foster and Mitchell.

Through the combination of skills and years of experience that each principal brings to the table, Resolute Commercial Services is a company where business acumen honed through experience is offered to a variety of clients throughout Arizona, California, Florida, Nevada and Texas involved in complicated Real Estate transactions.
