HMA Public Relations Honored with First International Award: Public Relations Global Network’s Gold Award for Crisis Communication
HMA Public Relations, recognized regionally as a leader in public relations and marketing communications, has been awarded its first international public relations award. HMA took home the Gold Public Relations Global Network (PRGN) Best Practice Award for Crisis Communications, for its work on last year’s city of Phoenix Bus Strike on behalf of client Veolia Transportation. The awards program was held during the recent PRGN meetings in Sydney, Australia.
According to Abbie S. Fink, vice president and general manager, receiving recognition from peers is especially fulfilling.
“Our client, Veolia Transportation, entrusted us with this important communications assignment, Fink said. “And to receive an international award for this work, from our PRGN colleagues, is quite an honor.”
