HMA Public Relations Hires Kelly Potts as Account Coordinator, Promotes Stephanie Lough to Associate Account Executive
HMA Public Relations, recognized regionally as a leader in public relations and marketing communications, is pleased to announce the addition of Kelly Potts as an account coordinator, as well as naming Stephanie Lough an associate account executive.
Recently hired full-time after joining HMA as an intern, Potts is now responsible for assisting HMA’s account teams by providing support with the development and implementation of media relations and digital communications programs for the agency’s diverse client base.
“We are pleased to welcome Kelly to the team and we look forward to her future with the agency,” said Abbie S. Fink, vice president/general manager of HMA Public Relations. “Her diverse experience will not only benefit our team internally, but will be a great asset to our clients.”
Potts received her Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations, with a minor in business, from Northern Arizona University in the spring of 2013. Her experience consists of work in the government and healthcare public relations sections. She is a resident of Mesa.
HMA Public Relations also has announced the promotion of Stephanie Lough to associate account executive. Lough is supporting the account services team on day-to-day strategic and tactical responsibilities. Her responsibilities include management of client accounts, traditional and social media relations, strategic planning, writing, event planning, issues management and blogging.
Lough received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Mass Communication with a concentration in Public Relations and Strategic Media from the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication at Arizona State University in 2009. She has been with HMA since 2011.
Lough is a resident of Scottsdale.
