It is that time of year again, our local PRSA chapter’s annual award program.

Throughout the year, we’ll say about a certain campaign that “this is award-winning work” and remind ourselves to write the case study and to put the supporting documents in a folder so we don’t to have to scramble at the last minute.

And yet, we still scramble… every year!

Is it really worth the effort?  We think so.

To be recognized by our peers for high-quality work is significant.  To share with the client that, on their behalf, we have received this recognition is even more significant.

And it is safe to assume that we’ll keep reminding ourselves to work on the award entries throughout the year and we’ll most likely keep scrambling to get them entered by the deadline.

For our Phoenix PR friends, if you have what you believe is award-winning work, consider entering it.  Details here:
