#CSOM – Celebrity Reputation Management
Even if you have no idea who Blake Lively or Justin Baldoni is, you have undoubtedly heard the he said/she said stories regarding their work together on the film It Ends With Us.
The most interesting part of this story for me is not whether Justin created a hostile workplace or Blake is difficult to work with (time will tell on those two fronts) but the fact that their publicists have become such an integral part of the story.
On December 21, 2024 Blake filed a complaint against Justin, also suing his crisis PR publicist, and several others in what she alleges to be a smear campaign that targeted her throughout the film’s promotion.
Justin filed a suit against the New York Times for defamation after text messages and other communications were published.
The publicist has counter-sued as well.
