SRS International Phoenix Senior Vice President Anna Sepic Elected to One Step Beyond Board of Directors

(PHOENIX – March 11, 2025) – One Step Beyond, Inc. (OSBI), a Phoenix-based nonprofit organization that provides comprehensive programming and services for adults (18+) who have intellectual disabilities, elected SRS International Phoenix Senior Vice President Anna Sepic to the Board of Directors.

Sepic’s journey with One Step Beyond began when she served as the broker for the land acquisition of Nikki’s Next Step—an innovative housing initiative designed to provide inclusive, affordable living opportunities for individuals with disabilities in Maricopa County. With her extensive real estate expertise and deep commitment to fostering sustainable, inclusive communities, she quickly became a key partner in bringing this transformative vision to life.

Anna Sepic is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with a diverse background in investment, advisory and community engagement. She currently serves as senior vice president at SRS Real Estate Partners, bringing extensive expertise in commercial land and multifamily real estate. She is also the owner of AMS Renatus Investing LLC, where she focuses on strategic single-family and multifamily investments, emphasizing targeted revitalization and grassroots community engagement. Prior to her role at SRS, she held leadership positions at NAI Horizon and LevRose Commercial Real Estate, where she built a reputation for delivering high-quality, client-focused services.

Beyond real estate, Anna has a strong commitment to education and social impact. She founded POTER Inc., a nonprofit dedicated to providing educational outreach and support services to underserved communities. Her career has also included roles in international outreach, business sustainability, and refugee housing initiatives.
