Southwest Behavioral & Health Services Appoints Karen Olenski to Board of Directors

(PHOENIX–Nov. 9, 2023)–Southwest Behavioral & Health Services (SB&H), an innovative leader in behavioral health, today announced that Karen Olenski has been appointed to the board of directors.

In her current role as director of digital strategy at Cigna, Olenski works with clients to promote myCigna, an application that enables customers to manage their health and financial wellbeing. Olenski joined Cigna in 2016 as a part of the Change Management & Communications Team to expand its Global Data & Analytics (GD&A) capacity and help deliver greater value to the organization’s stakeholders. Additionally, she established the first inaugural Cigna Digital Client Advisory Board in 2022.

With more than twenty years of experience as a strategic marketing and digital communications professional in corporate and agency settings, Olenski has worked in a variety of industries including marketing, education, healthcare and public safety. Olenski obtained her master of business degree from Sacred Heart University and bachelor of science in graphic design from University of Bridgeport.
