Resolute Commercial Services Assumes Property Management Responsibilities for North Village Center

Resolute Commercial Services, an Arizona-based receivership and corporate renewal firm, has been appointed property manager of the North Village Center at 10210 North 32nd Street in Phoenix, Ariz.

Resolute will assist in construction management as well as tenant maintenance and capital improvements. In addition, the firm will oversee and be involved with preparing the property budget.

Resolute Commercial Services was founded in 2008 by Jeremiah Foster and John Mitchell. Joan Brubacher serves as chief financial officer and as a principal, along with Foster and Mitchell.
