Resolute Commercial Services Announces Nicole Manos as Senior Managing Director
Resolute Commercial Services announces the appointment of Nicole Manos as its Senior Managing Director. As Senior Managing Director, Manos will be responsible for equity receiverships in State and Federal Courts as well as taking the lead with regards to all forensic analyses.
Her career includes more than 15 years of experience in finance and accounting. Her areas of expertise include forensic accounting and fraud detection. In addition, she has been involved with the analysis of complex Ponzi schemes, receiverships, fraud investigations, and bankruptcy preference and insider-claim recoveries.
Prior to joining Resolute Commercial Services, Manos, was a manager at Simon Consulting, LLC in Phoenix. It was there that she was responsible for the daily management of numerous state and federal court-appointed receiverships in a wide range of industries. In addition, she constructed detailed analyses of multimillion dollar Ponzi schemes and solvency analyses projects.
The Gilbert resident graduated Summa Cum Laude from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science in Economics. She is a Certified Fraud Examiner and a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. Her certification as a Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor is currently pending final acceptance of her application by the Association of Insolvency & Restructuring Advisors’ Board.
Resolute Commercial Services was founded in 2008 by Jeremiah Foster and John Mitchell. Joan Brubacher serves as chief financial officer and as a principal, along with Foster and Mitchell.
