REDW Promotes Teresa G. Rawlins, CPA, to Principal in National Audit & Assurance Practice
(SALEM, Ore. – Jan. 21, 2026) — REDW Advisors & CPAs is proud to announce the promotion of Teresa G. Rawlins, CPA, to Principal in its national Audit & Assurance practice.
In this expanded leadership role, Rawlins will provide senior oversight for complex audit engagements and serve as a trusted advisor to clients and audit committees. She’ll guide risk management and quality initiatives while mentoring the next generation of audit professionals and helping drive strategic growth for the practice. Based in the firm’s Pacific Northwest office, Teresa will serve REDW’s four offices nationwide as well as its remote and global workforce.
Rawlins brings 25 years of experience to her new role, with deep expertise in auditing Oregon school districts, nonprofit organizations and employee benefit plans. She joined Grove Mueller & Swank (GMS) in 2006, where she advanced to Senior Manager in the Audit & Assurance practice. When REDW acquired GMS in 2023, Rawlins continued providing critical leadership to strengthen the firm’s Pacific Northwest presence.
Rawlins is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Oregon. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Oregon Society of Certified Public Accountants (OSCPA). She is also an Oregon Licensed Municipal Auditor. Rawlins a earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Oregon State University.
