Rafi Law Group Welcomes Frank Santa Maria as Associate Attorney

(YUMA, Ariz., March 6, 2026) Frank Santa Maria has joined Rafi Law Group as an Associate Attorney, working from the firm’s Yuma office. In his new role, Santa Maria focuses on representing personal injury clients while helping expand access to high-quality legal services throughout Yuma County.

Santa Maria brings 13 years of legal experience to Rafi Law Group. Prior to joining the firm, he served as a Navy Judge Advocate General (JAG) officer from 2013 to 2024, followed by his work with the Legal Defenders of Yuma County. He is licensed to practice law in Arizona and California and has a strong background in criminal law.

Santa Maria earned his Juris Doctor from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in 2013. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Excelsior College in Albany, New York.

Outside of work, Santa Maria enjoys Arizona sports, travel, reading, and movies. A former Navy officer, he once played basketball tournaments in the hangar bay of an aircraft carrier in the middle of the Atlantic—where the ball occasionally rolled off the side of the ship.
