Rafi Law Group Promotes Chance Strawderman to Supervising Attorney

(DENVER, Aug. 25, 2026) Rafi Law Group promoted Chance Strawderman from Associate Attorney to Supervising Attorney, recognizing his leadership, commitment to clients and track record of achieving meaningful results for those who have been wrongfully injured.

In this role, Strawderman will supervise a team of associate attorneys and case managers, helping ensure clients receive proactive, honest communication and determined advocacy throughout their cases.

A Tucson native, Strawderman graduated summa cum laude with honors from Northern Arizona University with a degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice. He earned his Juris Doctor from Arizona State University’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, where he was a Carstens Family Fund Scholarship recipient and McCarthy Institute Fellow. While in law school, he also co-founded the ASU Dispute Resolution Group, a program designed to help law students develop practical negotiation, mediation and arbitration skills.

Before entering personal injury law, Strawderman clerked with the Pima County Attorney’s Office, where he worked in the Special Victims Unit prosecuting serious criminal cases. The experience reinforced his commitment to advocating for people who have been harmed by circumstances beyond their control, a principle that continues to guide his work on behalf of Rafi Law Group clients.

Throughout his tenure with the firm, Strawderman has distinguished himself through persistence and a willingness to pursue creative solutions.
