Pioneer Title Agency’s Hwy 92 Branch Relocates, Renames

(SIERRA VISTA, Ariz. – Jan. 12, 2017) Pioneer Title Agency’s former Hwy 92 branch is pleased to announce that it has relocated its office to a new space located at 700 E. Fry Boulevard, Suite A9 in Sierra Vista. With this relocation came a new name; this branch will now be known as Fry, since it is no longer located on Hwy 92.

“Our new office is just three miles northwest and a five-minute drive,” said Amy Bullington, escrow officer. “We believe this new location will allow us to better serve our customers.”

A 2014 Arizona Corporate Excellence honoree and recipient of the Community Impact Award, Sierra Vista’s own Pioneer Title Agency has proudly been serving Arizona since 1985, handling all types of real estate transactions, ranging from the smallest secondary loans to the transfer of large commercial properties.

Other branch team members include Wendy Sindelar and Shauna Valdez, both veteran escrow officers; and Kayla Mock and Amanda Unger, both escrow assistants. Together the team has nearly 80 years’ experience in the title and real estate industries.
