Lindsay J. Fiore Named to Arizona Center for Law in the Public Interest Board of Directors
(PHOENIX – April 25, 2017) – The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP today announced that Lindsay Fiore, an attorney in the Phoenix office’s Labor & Employment Practice Group, has joined the Board of Directors for the Arizona Center for Law in the Public Interest. The Center is a nonprofit public advocacy law firm that focuses on various public interest issues specific to Arizonans, such as civil rights, consumer rights, environmental law, health care, and campaign finance reform.
Fiore focuses her practice on employment litigation. She represents employers in single and multi-plaintiff cases involving various aspects of employment law, including FMLA claims, gender, race, age, and disability discrimination, hostile work environment, retaliation, wage and hour law, and whistleblower claims. She also handles suits brought by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and has defended employers against unfair labor practice charges.
She received her law degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law and her bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude with honors, from the University of Arizona.
