Harrah’s Ak-Chin Celebrates 30th Anniversary by Donating More Than $30,000 to Valley Nonprofits

(Maricopa, Ariz. – Dec. 26, 2024) The Harrah’s Ak-Chin Casino leadership team celebrated the property’s 30^th Anniversary by delivering checks totaling more than $30,000 to Valley area nonprofits. Five local charities including Soldier’s Best Friend, Phoenix Pride, F.O.R. Maricopa, Maricopa Pantry, Inc. and The Veterans in Need Project received donations from the property’s HERO fund and guest NRT donations.

HERO, a team member-based volunteer program, enables Harrah’s Ak-Chin Casino employees and their families to make noteworthy and visible contributions to the community by donating their time, skills, expertise, and compassion to dozens of volunteer projects.
