Harrah’s Ak-Chin Casino Announces Appointment of Robert Rutter to Casino Operations Manager (Slots) and Responsible Gaming Chair

(Maricopa, Ariz., May 21, 2026) Harrah’s Ak-Chin Casino announced the appointment of Robert Rutter to Casino Operations Manager (Slots) and Responsible Gaming Chair.

Rutter brings more than a decade of hospitality and gaming industry experience to the roles, having served in several leadership positions with Caesars Entertainment, including Slot Performance Manager and Hotel Operations Manager at Harrah’s Ak-Chin Casino. His background also includes food and beverage and gaming operations leadership roles at premier hospitality destinations across the country.

In his new positions, Rutter will oversee slot operations and performance initiatives while also leading the property’s responsible gaming efforts. Harrah’s Ak-Chin Casino is recognized for its ongoing commitment to guest service, regulatory compliance and responsible gaming education.

Rutter earned a bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Northern Arizona University.
