Family Owned Business Pioneer Title Agency Opens in Snowflake; Hosted Official Ribbon Cutting on August 9

(Snowflake, Ariz. – August 14, 2018) – Pioneer Title Agency has announced the opening of its first branch in Snowflake, which is located at 932 S. Main Street, Suite A-105. This marks the family owned business’ fifth location in Navajo County, joining branches in Heber, Pinetop, Show Low and Winslow. Its focus is to serve the hyperlocal communities of Taylor and Snowflake.

“We want to not only provide title insurance, escrow, trustee sales and builder-related trust services across Navajo County, but also to be good community volunteers and a voice for both business and economic development for the county,” said branch manager Mandi Perkins, who serves as both the Snowflake branch manager and escrow officer.  “I’ve lived here since I was in my early teens, and am so proud to bring Pioneer to our community. While they have several branches across Arizona, their mission is to service small and rural areas above all else. They have been family owned and operated since their inception in Sierra Vista, Ariz. in 1985, and they have a major ‘local first’ focus, meaning we are empowered in our branches to support all things local and special to our neighborhoods.”

Perkins brings six years of experience – all with Pioneer and all in the county – to her role, as well as prior experience working as a real estate agent. She will be responsible for managing escrow associates, completing real estate escrow transactions, clearing titles, disbursing funds and preparing, reviewing and closing documents.

A local, family-owned business, Pioneer Title has grown to more than 70 branches in more than 45 cities across Arizona by remaining focused on a “Commitment to Service” since its inception.  Pioneer also has a statewide community relations program, Pioneer Title Agency in Action, which focuses on giving back both time and money to local causes across our state. This fall, the company will be honored by AZ Business Magazine as among the “Most Admired Companies” in the state, and last year they were honored among the most community active business in Arizona by the Phoenix Business Journal during its Philanthropy Awards.
