The Events Center at Harrah’s Ak-Chin offers more than 28,350-square-feet with direct access to the 529-room luxury hotel. The flexible space allows multiple configurations to meet event needs, from an intimate board summit to a dazzling reception or an extravagant banquet.
“The new space at Harrah’s provides numerous locations for every part of a meeting, whether it is a general session in the divisible ballroom or a poolside cocktail party at the scenic outdoor space. The contemporary Ak-Chin Ballroom, with 18,024-square-feet of function space, can accommodate up to 1,000 attendees banquet style. The ballroom can also be divided into as many as six break-out rooms for smaller groups. The meeting space is accompanied by a generous pre-function space and outdoor venues, such as the private patio off the meeting space or the newly renovated pool deck, which are available for group functions as well.
