Eric Utesch Joins Wilde Wealth Management Group Chandler Team as Investment Advisor Representative
(CHANDLER, Ariz. – Sept. 14, 2026) – Wilde Wealth Management Group, an award-winning financial services firm that provides comprehensive retirement, investment, real estate, insurance, legal and tax planning services all under one roof, is pleased to announce Eric Utesch has joined the firm as an investment advisor representative. Based at Wilde Wealth’s recently opened Chandler office, located at 3200 W. Ray Road, Suite 101, Utesch will focus on providing personalized investment guidance, financial education and portfolio strategies designed to help individuals and families work toward their long-term financial goals.
Utesch brings more than two decades of financial services experience to the role, including nearly 18 years with JPMorgan Chase Bank. Most recently, he spent nine years as a financial advisor with the organization, building a practice that ultimately served more than 348 households representing more than $250 million in assets as of July 2026. As his practice continued to grow, Utesch began evaluating how he could spend more time building relationships with individual clients while providing the breadth of guidance he believes they increasingly need.
“As my practice grew, one of the most important lessons I learned was the value of maintaining relationships that allow an advisor to truly understand each client and what they are working toward,” said Utesch. “I was not actively looking to make a change, but after meeting the leadership at Wilde Wealth, I saw an opportunity to build my practice in an environment where clients genuinely come first. Ethics and trust have to guide this industry, and I felt immediately that Wilde Wealth shared that philosophy. The partnership gives me the freedom and resources to spend more time educating clients, building thoughtful portfolios and providing the guidance that can help families achieve their goals and protect their legacies.”
Utesch’s interest in financial services began while studying finance at St. Cloud State University in Minnesota. After earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance in 2005, he began his career as a branch manager in Minnesota. Two years later, he transitioned into financial advising after realizing he most enjoyed working directly with individuals and families to help them build greater financial security.
In 2008, Utesch relocated to Arizona and joined JPMorgan Chase Bank, where he spent the next several years broadening his financial services experience through roles including private client banker and commercial banker. While each position gave him additional insight into banking, lending and the broader financial needs of clients, Utesch ultimately found himself drawn back to financial advising.
In 2017, he returned to the financial advisor role full time, spending the next nine years working closely with individuals and families on investment strategies and long-term financial planning. Throughout that period, Utesch focused particularly on educating clients and developing portfolios designed to help withstand changing and volatile market conditions.
“Eric has spent more than 20 years learning this business from several different perspectives, but what stands out most is how strongly he believes that relationships have to remain at the center of financial advice,” said Trevor Wilde, MBA, AIF®, co-founder and chief executive officer of Wilde Wealth Management Group. “He understands that clients are placing tremendous trust in their advisor, and he wants to give them the time, education and personalized attention that responsibility deserves. That philosophy is very much in line with how we have built Wilde Wealth, and we are excited to welcome him to our growing Chandler team.”
Utesch joins Wilde Wealth at a significant time for the firm’s expansion throughout the Southeast Valley. In June, Wilde Wealth celebrated the grand opening of its new 9,300-square-foot Chandler office alongside the Chandler Chamber of Commerce, community leaders, clients and business partners. The office features state-of-the-art technology, collaborative meeting areas and expanded client spaces while providing capacity for up to 25 team members as the firm continues to grow. Utesch joins several Wilde Wealth leaders already based at the Chandler office, including Jeffrey D. Anthony, CFP®, chief growth officer; Gregory Hunter, chief investment officer; Scott G. Aitken, CFP®, AIF®, partner and investment advisor representative; Seth Wilde, AIF®, partner and registered representative; and other members of the firm’s growing Southeast Valley team.
Outside of the office, Utesch and his wife, Clare Taylor-Utech, have been married since 2016 and are the parents of two children, 7-year-old Catrina and 4-year-old Aiden. The couple, who live in Gilbert, enjoy watching their children develop their own interests and passions, including Catrina’s involvement in competitive youth swimming.
