Call for Nominations: One Step Beyond HUG Awards
HUG Awards honor Valley residents who have made a positive impact on the lives of people with intellectual disabilities.
(PHOENIX – Aug 8, 2023) – One Step Beyond, Inc. (OSBI) is actively seeking nominations for their annual HUG Awards. The organization, a leading provider of comprehensive programming and services for adults who have intellectual disabilities, is asking Valley residents to nominate individuals who have made a positive impact on the lives of people with intellectual disability in our community. Nominations will be accepted via the One Step Beyond website at https://osbi.org/gala/ through Sept. 1, 2023. Winners will be selected based on evidence of unwavering compassion, dedication, and commitment to our mission.
HUG Award nominees and winners will be celebrated at the One Step Beyond 20th Anniversary and Help Us Grow Gala being held at The Duce on Sat., Oct. 14 from 6:00 – 9:00 p.m. The nomination committee will select 6 individuals based on the responses provided in the nominations.
