‘Being A Winner In The Locate Process’ Will Be The Topic At Arizona Association For Economic Development’s August Luncheon

(PHOENIX – July 10, 2018) – “Being a Winner in the Locate Process” will be the topic at the Arizona Association for Economic Development’s (AAED) August luncheon.   It will be held on Aug. 14 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. at 2901 N. Seventh St. in Phoenix.

The speakers will be Stephanie Hertzberg, principal and director of business development for SmithGroupJJR, Bruce Jensen, executive director, capital programs for Arizona State University, and Ioanna T. Morfessis, Ph.D., president and chief strategist for IO, Inc.   Jennifer Delaporte, business development manager for Graycor, will serve as moderator.

The panelists will share how cities and private sector organizations can be impactful, competitive and win in the locate process.  The trio will also dispel myths for success from the regional economic development expert, and private and public sector strategists’ perspectives.  A real-time anonymous polling of attendees will create an interactive and honest dialogue.

The cost of the luncheon is $45 for AAED members, $65 for non-members and $75 for late registrants.
