Celebrating HMA’s Abbie S. Fink as a 2026 Most Admired Leader
Through nearly 35 years with HMA Public Relations, Abbie Fink has built a career centered on leadership, connection and community impact. Those qualities recently earned her recognition as one of the Phoenix Business Journal’s 2026 Most Admired Leaders.
Now in its 17th year, the annual awards program recognizes outstanding Arizona executives across a range of industries for their leadership, company culture and community involvement.
In her Most Admired Leaders profile, Abbie reflected on the experiences and values that have shaped her approach to leadership over the years. She shared how organizing a sixth-grade protest first sparked her passion for advocacy and communication – an early foreshadowing of the connector and problem-solver she would become.
