Why We Do What We Do
I recently read a blog post from our Public Relations Global Network partner, written by Jessica Muzik of Bianchi Public Relations in Detroit that provided a deep dive into client expectations, sharing things they have learned over the years that keep a client happy.
In summary, the list reminds us that our clients not only expect us to perform but to also be honest, a friend when needed, have fun, remain positive, be realistic and to of course, communicate.
The article concludes with “if we, the PR agency team, take care of the client, the client will take care of us.”
I find this to be true and is why here at HMA we wear many hats to adapt and work together to provide our clients with effective public relations and marketing communications services.
