Welcome to HMA

Hi everyone! I’m Autumn Jarrett and I am excited to be joining HMA as an account coordinator. I recently graduated from Arizona State University. This makes this opportunity extra special to be able to join fellow Cronkite alumnae, Abbie and Alison along with the rest of the team. To help you get to know me a little better I’ll share some facts about myself.

• I wrote a poem back in the first grade about winter that ended up getting published in a poetry book.
• I chose to come to ASU on what I like to call a “leap of faith.” I never visited the campus or let alone had ever been to the state of Arizona. It turned out to be a great decision since I’m still here!
• Despite my name being Autumn, I was actually born in July and summer has always been my favorite season. This is something I might have to reevaluate living in Arizona now.
• The Chicago Bears originated in my hometown of Decatur, Ill.
• One of the reasons I knew I wanted to work at HMA was when Alison told me in my interview that she was happy to meet someone who talked as fast as her. Little does she know, but this is one of my favorite compliments I have ever received.
