United Way of Pinal County Recognizes Harrah’s Ak-Chin Casino and Team Members with Live United Award for Unwavering Support of the Community

(MARICOPA, Ariz. – Jan. 13, 2023) – Harrah’s Ak-Chin Casino, long-known for its corporate giving and community support, was recognized by the Pinal County United Way for its unwavering support-especially during the pandemic-of the local community. The Live United Award was presented to the organization during its 2022 Campaign Drive that raised nearly $18,000 to benefit programs that support area youth, families and seniors with much-needed services including Path to Success scholarships, in-home childcare training, transportation assistance, and rent and utility financial aid.

They never stopped giving and we never stopped serving our community with our programs like GED Scholarships, Rent & Utility Assistance, Financial Education and Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library,” said United Way of Pinal County CEO Allen Villalobos. “We are grateful to Harrah’s Ak-Chin and team members for their generosity and commitment to our community.”
