The Arizona REALTORS® Announce 2022 Executive Committee at Annual Leadership Conference
(PHOENIX – October 25, 2021) – The Arizona REALTORS® recently held its annual Leadership Conference to install its 2022 state and regional association officers.
Gary Nelson of Realty Executives in Flagstaff will serve as the Arizona REALTORS® 2022 president, serving with 2022 President-Elect Eric Gibbs, Sr. of Realty ONE Group Integrity in Tucson, 2022 First Vice President Shelley Ostrowski of Realty ONE Group Gateway in Yuma, and 2022 Treasurer Sulinda “Sindy” Ready of RE/MAX Excalibur in Scottsdale.
In addition to his role with the Arizona REALTORS®, Nelson’s previous leadership roles include serving as chair of the Northern Arizona Multiple Listing Service in 1998 as well as president of the Northern Arizona Association of REALTORS® in 2001. In addition, Nelson has served as chair for the Arizona REALTORS® of each of their primary committees and was awarded the Vision Award by the Arizona REALTORS® in 2014 for embodying the association’s vision of high standards.

2022 President-Elect Eric Gibbs, Sr. is a real estate professional with 14 years of experience, previously serving as president of the Tucson Association of REALTORS® in 2016 as well as a number of committees and groups including the Arizona REALTORS® Legislative Committee and the National Association of REALTORS® Governance Game Changer Presidential Advisory Group.
2022 First Vice President Shelley Ostrowski is a seasoned real estate veteran with more than 25 years of industry experience. Ostrowski has previously served as president of the Yuma Association of REALTORS® in 2005 along with other leadership roles including Legislative and Political Affairs committee chair and RAPAC Trustees committee chair for the Arizona REALTORS®.
2022 Treasurer Sindy Ready is a real estate professional with over 25 years of experience in the industry. Ready’s past leadership roles include president of the Women’s Council of REALTORS® in 2015 and president of the Scottsdale Area Association of REALTORS® in 2020.
As members of the Arizona REALTORS® 2022 Executive Committee, the team will incorporate their industry experience and leadership skills to guide the more than 50,000 professionals in all areas of real estate including residential, commercial, property management, land, appraisal, relocation and more.
