REDW Promotes Robert Elzholz CFP®, CRPC®, AIF®, AAMS® to Wealth Management Principal in Phoenix
(PHOENIX, Ariz. – Jan. 6, 2023) — REDW LLC, one of the Southwest’s 10 largest certified public accounting and advisory firms, is proudly announcing Robert Elzholz CFP®, CRPC®, AIF®, AAMS®, has been promoted to Principal in the firm’s Wealth Management practice and will continue leading the team in REDW’s fast-growing Phoenix office.
“Rob is a transformational leader and a natural relationship-builder, as adept at the technical aspects of the field as he is in client service and innovation,” says Paul Madrid, REDW Wealth Management Principal and Practice Leader. “Throughout his career, he has dedicated his expertise to client service and has built deep connections in the community and in the industries of wealth management and investments. Since joining the firm, he has strategically worked to grow the Wealth Management team in Phoenix, attracting and retaining high-value team members and enhancing client experience at REDW.”
Rob has been leading the firm’s Phoenix Wealth Management practice since 2019. As Principal, he will nurture expansion of REDW’s expert support to retirement plan providers in the Phoenix area, helping them to meet their compliance and fiduciary duties, and to educate their 401(k) participants on targeting meaningful growth. In his elevated leadership role, Rob will also continue to advocate for clients in other states as a fee-only fiduciary advisor.

Rob has more than 15 years of experience customizing financial, estate, and income planning solutions for a variety of clients, including private and public companies, Native American tribes, family-owned businesses, and individuals. Prior to joining REDW in 2013, Rob worked as a Portfolio Manager for Stellar Capital Management and as a Financial Advisor for both JPMorgan Chase & Co. and E&K Financial Services LLC. He earned his bachelor’s degree from DeVry University, and in addition to being a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®), designated Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC®), and an Accredited Asset Management Specialist (AAMS®). He is also Series 65 licensed. Active in the industry, Rob serves on the board of directors of the Western Pension & Benefits Council’s Phoenix Chapter, is on the finance committee for Cancer Support Community Arizona, and is a member of the Phoenix CFA Society.
