‘Managing The Decision Process During Leadership Change’ Will Be The Topic At Arizona Association For Economic Development’s January Luncheon
(PHOENIX – Dec. 10, 2018) – “Managing The Decision Process During Leadership Change” will be the topic at the Arizona Association for Economic Development’s (AAED) January Phoenix luncheon. It will be held on Jan. 8 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. at 2901 N. Seventh St. in Phoenix.
The speakers will be Mesa Vice Mayor David Luna, William Jabjiniak, economic development director for the city of Mesa, and Brian Friedman, economic development director for the city of Glendale. Rick Ireland, business development manager for Arrington Watkins Architects, will serve as moderator.
It is inevitable that leadership at differing levels of government will occur. How can economic developers manage their decision process during these changes to be successful in attracting and retaining business? What strategies can be used to make these transitions seamless? These topics and more will be addressed.
The cost of the luncheon is $45 for AAED members, $65 for non-members and $75 for late registrants. To register, visit www.aaed.com/event/jan8. The registration deadline is Thursday, Jan. 3 at noon. Vegetarian meals must be requested in advance. For more information, call AAED at (602) 240-AAED (2233), or visit www.aaed.com.
