Local Pioneer Title Agency Honored with 2016 Customer Service of the Year Award

(SPRINGERVILLE, Ariz. – Oct. 24, 2016) – Pioneer Title Agency is proud to announce its Springerville branch, which is located at 404 E. Main St. in Springerville, was presented the 2016 Customer Service Award of the Year by the Springerville-Eager Regional Chamber of Commerce. The award was presented on Oct. 8 at the Springerville-Eagar Regional Chamber of Commerce Go for the Gold Banquet.

Board members and community members may nominate a business for this award and then there is a voting process. The only criterion is that the business needs to be a member of the Chamber in good standing.

“Of course this is an incredible honor to have one of our branches recognized for top customer service,” said Wendy Brown, business development representative at Pioneer Title’s Pinetop branch. “But it comes as no surprise, as Carli’s top customer service shows in everything she does.”

The Springerville branch is made up of two team members: Carli Beard, branch manager and escrow officer, who joined Pioneer in 2014 and has 19 years of experience in the real estate and title industry, and Shelby Page, escrow assistant, who just joined Pioneer last month.
