Harrah’s Ak-Chin Casino Announces Promotions on Operations Team
(MARICOPA, Ariz. – July 24, 2024) – Samantha Gulick and Nathan Kinstlinger, two long-term Harrah’s Ak-Chin Casino team members, were recently promoted.
Gulick has been promoted to Director of Marketing and Operations. In her new role, she will continue to oversee all marketing efforts including advertising, public relations and outreach strategies that drive traffic and build brand awareness for the casino and will now also oversee all casino operations, including slots, table games, bingo and the sportsbook. Gulick has been with Caesars Entertainment for more than 10 years, most recently as the Director of Marketing and Hotel Operations. She is an active participant in the company’s HERO program a team member-based volunteer program in which Harrah’s staff and their families make noteworthy and visible contributions to the community by donating their time, skills, expertise and compassion to dozens of volunteer projects throughout the community. Gulick currently serves on the board of directors for the Chandler Chamber of Commerce.
Kinstlinger has been promoted to Director of Hospitality. In addition to overseeing all food and beverage, banquets and retail operations, he will also be responsible for hotel and spa operations. Kinstlinger has been with Caesars Entertainment for more than 12 years, most recently as Director of Food and Beverage. His most recent position as Director of Food and Beverage highlighted his ability to elevate the culinary and service standards, setting new benchmarks within the industry. In his expanded role, Kinstlinger will leverage his extensive experience to enhance the holistic hospitality offerings of Harrah’s Ak-Chin, further solidifying the company’s reputation for world-class service and guest satisfaction. Kinstlinger is an active supporter and volunteer with the organization’s HERO program.
