DrugFreeAZKids.org Names Justin McBride as Program Manager
DrugFreeAZKids.org has named Justin McBride as its program manager. In his role, McBride is responsible for facilitating workshops for parents in the community to educate them about the risks their children face and the steps they can take to lessen those risks, as well as focusing on strengthening families and helping parents open dialogue with their children.
Prior to joining DrugFreeAZKids.org, McBride worked as a branch director for the Boys and Girls Clubs in Long Beach and Capistrano Valley Calif. Prior to moving to California, McBride was the program director at Students Against Destructive Decisions in Phoenix.
“With his previous background in prevention programs and working with youth-based programs and his work with parents, Justin will be a vital part of helping us move forward with our mission,” said Leslie Bloom, CEO of DrugFreeAZKids.org.
McBride earned his Bachelor of Science in project management from DeVry University and his Master of Public Administration in nonprofit management from the Keller Graduate School of Management.
McBride is a Phoenix resident.
