DrugFreeAz.org Announces the New Name of the Organization to DrugFreeAZKids.org

DrugFreeAz.org has announced that the nonprofit organization has changed its name to DrugFreeAZKids.org.

The name change is a direct reflection of why the organization exists and its continued focus on the prevention of drug and alcohol use among children and teenagers in Arizona.

 

“We are thrilled to announce our new name and logo of DrugFreeAZKids.org.” said Leslie Bloom, CEO, DrugFreeAZKids.org. “We have always focused on awareness and prevention programs to help families raise healthy, drug-free kids. By adding “kids” to our name further demonstrates our commitment to this effort.”

 

The new name will be reflected on the organization’s website and social media channels and is in alignment with the messages and goals of the organization:

Being the leading source of information on preventing youth substance abuse How to begin talks with your children as early as five years old about making healthy choices Educating parents about the prescription drug epidemic and other drug use trends among teenagers Being a resource for parents, healthcare providers, youth serving organizations and others by providing valuable tools, workshops, webinars and online learning.
