Delta Dental of Arizona Names Steve Lindsey Vice President of Business Development
(SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. – May 12, 2025) – Delta Dental of Arizona is pleased to announce that Steve Lindsey has joined the health and wellness company as its vice president of business development. In this role, Lindsey will be responsible for spearheading strategic growth, focusing on the development and expansion of relationships with Medicare Advantage payers, Medicaid managed care organizations, health systems, and other wellness-focused organizations. He will also drive new business opportunities, foster innovation, and assist in the development of solutions to expand Delta Dental of Arizona’s footprint in the ancillary/specialty health benefits space.

Prior to his current role, Lindsey served in several leadership positions at Banner Health, including as director of innovation partnerships, where he built and scaled an enterprise-wide innovation partnerships function that grew the portfolio’s value by over 300%. During his 10 years with the organization, he also played a key role in transforming Banner’s approach to Medicare Advantage and health plan services through successful pilot programs and cross-functional collaboration. In addition to his work at Banner, Lindsey brings experience as a senior consultant in IT, where he also served in management for several years.
Lindsey earned his bachelor’s degree in interdisciplinary studies from the University of Idaho and his master’s degree in business with an emphasis in health systems management from Grand Canyon University. He has volunteered for nearly a decade as an assistant wrestling coach at Northwest Christian School and previously served as president of the Humane Society of the Palouse board of directors, located in Idaho. Lindsey lives in Surprise with his wife and daughter.
