Carrington College’s Las Vegas Campus Hires Steven Temple as Executive Director

LAS VEGAS (October 20, 2015) – Carrington College announced Steven Temple as the new executive director at Carrington’s Las Vegas campus, located at 5740 S. Eastern Ave. In his role, he will be responsible for the successful operation of campus, including financial performance and implementing initiatives to increase student and staff satisfaction in the college’s programs and services.

Temple previously served as the executive director at Carrington’s Mesa, Ariz. campus. Temple has worked in higher education since 2004 after working as an attorney in his own private practice. He served in the United States Army as an infantry soldier from 1983 to 1985 when he was honorably discharged.

“My focus for the Las Vegas campus is to concentrate on student success and employee satisfaction by creating an open and positive environment,” said Temple.

Temple earned his bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from University of Tennessee in 1988. He then went on to earn his Juris Doctorate from Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law at the University of Memphis in 1992.

Temple is a Las Vegas resident.
