Badge Bash 2024 Gives Grown Ups a Night of Girl Scouting Experiences

(PHOENIX – Oct. 11, 2024) – Girl Scouts–Arizona Cactus-Pine Council (GSACPC) is prepping for the return of its annual fundraising event, Badge Bash, set to take place on Saturday, Nov. 2 from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. at The Bob & Renee Parsons Leadership Center for Girls and Women at Camp South Mountain, located at 1611 E. Dobbins Road in Phoenix.

Badge Bash is an adults-only event that provides attendees with the unique opportunity to gather their “troop” and take part in a variety of interactive activities across the camp property to test their skills and earn badges and patches to fill their faux sashes as they experience Girl Scouting’s impactful STEM, outdoors, life skills and entrepreneurship programming. Activities will include archery, bike pedal races, roasting s’mores, a QB toss and more.

Badge Bash fuels GSACPC’s programs that empower more than 12,000 girls in grades K-12 across central and northern Arizona. With community support, girls can continue exploring their passions through diverse opportunities—building robots, writing code, leading service projects, and more—instilling in them the belief that anything is possible.

After earning their badges and filling their sashes at sponsor-hosted activities, attendees will enjoy special themed cocktails, such as the Badge Bash Smash made with fresh lemon juice, mint, agave, and vodka, a custom dinner menu, and a program under the stars. The evening will include recognition of the 2024 Promise Award Honoree, Bashas’, for their long-standing dedication to Girl Scouting and enriching opportunities for girls in the community.

To close the night, attendees will hit the dancefloor for an afterparty with music, dancing, and classic camp desserts—s’mores and apple pie.

Tickets for the event are $250 per individual, and a 10-person Troop Package is available for $2,000. Tickets and additional event information can be found online at girlscoutsaz.org/badgebash.

If you are interested in joining event sponsors Bashas’, Cardinals Charities, Medieval Times, Amazon Air, Charles Swab, Toyota Financial Services, Women’s Foundation for the State of Arizona, The Colibri Collective, and Massage Envy, please email badgebash@girlscoutsaz.org or call 602-452-7006.
