AAED To Hold Tribal Symposium ‘Beyond Traditional Economic Patterns’
(PAYSON, Ariz. – July 9, 2018) – The Arizona Association for Economic Development (AAED) will hold a Tribal Symposium, “Beyond Traditional Economic Patterns.” The symposium will be held Aug. 30 from 9:45 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Mazatzal Hotel, Highway 84, Mile Marker 251, in Payson.
J.D. Colbert, president and CEO of Holisso Hakv, Inc., will provide the keynote address.
Also at the symposium will be presentations by tribal innovators, best practices for identifying projects and information on how to market in Indian Country.
“This symposium will provide attendees with insight into new business strategies some Arizona tribes are adopting to diversity their industries to create new revenue streams beyond gaming.” said Joyce Grossman, AAED’s executive director.
