W.J. Maloney Plumbing Adds to Public Sector Work With Another Phoenix Sky Harbor Project
(PHOENIX – July 13, 2015) W.J. Maloney Plumbing has been selected to provide plumbing contracting services for Component I of the $590 million renovation of Terminal 3 at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport.
The three-stage renovation project is expected to be completed in 2020. Component I includes a major renovation of the Terminal 3 Processor building, including the mezzanine, passenger, service and street levels. The south and north concourses of the terminal will be renovated in Components II and III.
W.J. Maloney Plumbing is providing design-assist plumbing services, with HuntAustin, a joint venture, serving as the general contractor for the overall project.
