Sapporo Scottsdale Introduces New Cocktails on Fall Liquid Market Menu

Sapporo Restaurant, which is located at 14344 N. Scottsdale Road just north of Thunderbird and known for its innovative Pacific Rim-infused flavors, is pleased to announce the launch four new cocktails as part of its Fall Liquid Market menu: Sapporo Sangria $10 Fresh Peaches & Raspberries, Shiraz Ginger & Beer $11 Tito’s Handmade Vodka, Domaine de Canton, Fever Tree, Orange Bitters, Beer Foam Rye Knot $11 Rittenhouse Rye, Disarrono, Carpano Antica, Orange Bitters Port of Tequila $12 El Jimador, Ruby Port, Fresh Mint & Lime In addition, each Wednesday through the end of the year, Sapporo will also offer “Wine Down Wednesdays,” where guests can enjoy half off ALL bottles of wine each Wednesday from open to close. “What’s better than celebrating the half-way point to the weekend than opening than uncorking a half-off bottle of wine on our world-famous patio?,” said Mike Hanley, beverage manager at Sapporo. “Just like that, Wednesdays will go from ‘hump days’ to ‘happy days’.” Sapporo currently carries more than 40 wine selections, ranging from $24 to $400 per bottle, and currently includes varietals from Australia, California, France and Washington. Among the notable wineries represented at the restaurant are Caymus, Dominus, Duckhord, Jordan, La Crema, Plumjack, Silkwood, Stag’s Leap and many more. Sapporo opens at 11 a.m. on weekdays and at 3 p.m. on weekends. Lunch specials are served Monday through Friday until 3 p.m. Daily happy hour is from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. with reverse happy hour Thursday through Saturday from 10 p.m. until close.
