Pioneer Title Agency is pleased to announce it has opened its newest branch, which is located at 11220 N. Tatum Blvd in Phoenix and will focus on serving the organization’s Paradise Valley customers and business partners. Jodi Thalheimer, a member of Pioneer Title Agency for over 10 years, and Valley real estate veteran with more than 20 years of experience in the industry, most recently at the Kierland branch in Scottsdale, will serve as branch manager. This new office joins two other new branches – in Yuma and Florence, respectively – opening in recent months.

A 2014 Arizona Corporate Excellence honoree and recipient of the Community Impact Award, Pioneer Title Agency has proudly been serving Arizona since 1985, handling all types of real estate transactions, ranging from the smallest secondary loans to the transfer of large commercial properties.

“With more than a dozen Maricopa County branches in Anthem, Glendale, Chandler, Tempe, Phoenix, Mesa, Scottsdale, Goodyear, Wickenburg and now Paradise Valley, our team is able to focus on ensuring all real estate transactions handled by Pioneer are completed in a timely fashion, with the upmost professionalism,” says Thalheimer, noting the branch celebrated its recent opening with an Open House event on February 12.

A local, family-owned business, Pioneer has grown to more than 50 branches in more than 35 cities across Arizona by remaining focused on a “Commitment to Service” since its inception. In Maricopa County, its leaders and team members are involved with the American Land Title Association, Land Title Association of Arizona, Arizona State Escrow Association, Arizona Mortgage Lenders Association, Scottsdale Association of REALTORs, Women’s Council of REALTORS, Southeast Valley Association of REALTORS, Scottsdale Association of REALTORS, and Veteran Real Estate Professionals, just to name a few.

Pioneer also has a statewide community relations program, Pioneer Title Agency in Action, which focuses on giving back both time and money to local causes across our state. Just some of the causes in Maricopa County that Pioneer is proud to support include: Arizona Community Foundation, 100 Club of Arizona, American Cancer Society, Arizona Special Olympics, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Hospice of the Valley, March of Dimes, Newspapers in Education, Relay for Life, The Thunderbirds, Phoenix Firefighter Association, United Way of Arizona, and many more.

“And for our 30th anniversary, which we are celebrating throughout 2015, we have something really special planned,” says Thalheimer. “Rather than hosting a party in the grand ballroom of a prestigious resort, we have partnered with the Arizona Trail Association – also celebrating the 30th anniversary of the Arizona Trail – on ‘Take a Hike,’ a first-ever fundraising and employee wellness challenge utilizing the Arizona National Scenic Trail.”

Through the unique partnership, Pioneer’s team of more than 375 individuals have set a goal to raise at least $30,000 in 2015 to support the Arizona Trail. The community minded team will also collectively hike, bike, run or ride all 800 miles of the Arizona Trail over the next several months. Families, friends, customers and associates will also be invited to participate. In addition to the wellness benefits associated with time spent on the trail, the initiative hopes to encourage everyone to explore a segment of the Arizona Trail that they likely haven’t seen. The planning process of a point-to-point hike, overnight camping trip, or longer distance effort on the Arizona Trail will encourage collaboration, critical thinking and camaraderie, too.
