Michelle Quintanilla Elected to Southwest Behavioral & Health Services’ Board of Directors

Michelle Quintanilla(PHOENIX – Feb. 26, 2018) – Southwest Behavioral & Health Services (SB&H) is pleased to announce it has elected Michelle Quintanilla, vice president of inventory management and planning for Freeport-McMoRan, to serve on its Board of Directors. In this role, Quintanilla will be collaborating with other members of the Board of Directors to further SB&H’s reputation as an innovative leader in behavioral health and the mission of continuing to improve the communities the organization serves.

“On behalf of Matt Hatfield, our chairperson, and the other members of our Board of Directors, we are honored to have Michelle as part of our volunteer leadership here at Southwest Behavioral & Health Services,” said Jeff Jorde, M.Ed., president and CEO of SB&H. “Her involvement within the community is inspiring and will only help to strengthen our Board and SB&H as a whole.”

Quintanilla earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Arizona and her MBA from the University of Phoenix. She is a CPA, as well as a member of the Arizona Town Hall Board of Directors, the Phoenix Committee on Foreign Relations and the Soroptimist International of Phoenix.

“I am thrilled to have been chosen to serve on Southwest Behavioral & Health Services’ Board of Directors,” said Quintanilla. “I have admired the nonprofit and its mission for some time and can’t wait to begin making my own impact within the communities SB&H serves.”

Quintanilla is a resident of Phoenix.
