Jacque Westling Elected Director of Arizona Technology Council Board

The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP announced that Jacque N. Westling, a partner in the firm’s Phoenix office, was elected to a three-year term as director of Arizona Technology Council’s board of directors.

 

Westling is a member of the firm’s Corporate Services Practice Group and chair of the firm’s Corporate Group in the Phoenix office. Her practice focuses on corporate, securities, commercial transactions, and mergers and acquisitions, with a focus on companies in the technology and healthcare industries. She received her law degree from the University of California Berkeley Law School and her undergraduate degree, with departmental honors, from Stanford University.
