Arizona American Indian Tourism Association Hosts Arizona Indian Festival

The Arizona American Indian Tourism Association (AAITA) will host the Arizona Indian Festival from Jan. 29-31, 2015 at the City of Scottsdale Civic Center Mall. The family-friendly event will include a full schedule of distinctive and traditional culture and resources to showcase the diversity of the American Indian Tribes of Arizona.

The Ak-Chin Ba’Ban Keihina Traditional Dancers also will perform on Wednesday, Jan. 28 from 2-2:30 p.m. on Verizon Super Bowl Central at the Pepsi Hyped for Halftime Stage. The Ak-Chin Band also will perform on Thursday, Jan. 29 from 2-2:30 p.m.

The Ak-Chin Indian Community is nestled into the Santa Cruz Valley of Southern Arizona. The Community lies 58 miles south of Phoenix in the northwestern part of Pinal County.
