Scott Silver CircleIf so, I want to know about them!

The Rocky Mountain Southwest Chapter of the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences – the team who puts on the Rocky Mountain Emmys – has opened its call for nominations for those eligible for induction into the nationally recognized Gold and/or Silver Circle Societies.

The criteria for selection includes at least 25 years working in the television industry with most of that time spent in the Rocky Mountain region for the Silver Circle, and at least 50 years for consideration for the Gold Circle.

In recent years, not only has our own HMA local media vet Scott Hanson been honored, but we’ve had the opportunity to induct FOX 10’s Rick D’Amico and 12 News’ Mark Curtis, among others.

Have a suggestion on who should be inducted in 2015? Shoot me an email at with your thoughts.

And – do it now – official nominations are due March 11, 2015!
