The local chapter of NATAS is most recognized for its annual Rocky Mountain Emmy Awards

The face of journalism is evolving faster than in any other time in history – are you prepared?

The local chapters of the Society of Professional Journalists (SPJ) and National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences (NATAS) - of which Alison is on the board - want to help members and non-members alike with its first-event Journalism Jumpstart Workshop Series, sponsored by Media Watch AZ.

Throughout the coming months, the organizations will offer a series of six (6) workshops focused on helping members of the media as well as other communications disciplines develop new skills as well as sharpen older ones. Cost is free to members of either organization and cost to non-members (who RSVP here) is only $10 per workshop.
