Making a Difference
It’s amazing how one random act of kindness can make a difference in someone’s day or how spending three hours volunteering can greatly impact a nonprofit. One person’s activities in making a difference can easily inspire others, leading to a domino effect.
The pure joy you feel from knowing you’re helping a worthy cause or seeing the happiness of other’s from your work is beyond rewarding. Being happy is important!
Positive Work Culture
I know that I look forward to the days when HMA goes out of the office for a volunteer gig or participates in a client’s donation drive. It’s fun to join my team in helping others.
Building a Network
When an organization is actively helping out in the community, the face of the organization begins to get recognized and form a new network – a network with a shared passion in helping causes.
