(PHOENIX – July 11, 2018) – Volunteers from Mercy Care donated and assembled 300 backpacks stocked full of school supplies to Jewish Family & Children’s Service.   The backpacks will be divided between the JFCS Michael R. Zent and West Valley healthcare clinics, to give out to children in need.   JFCS is just one of the recipients of Mercy Care’s Week of Mercy, which includes a series of volunteer and charitable activities that the not-for-profit health plan is coordinating for community benefit.
