Back from Ireland! As I mentioned in a blog months ago, my best friend and I won a trip to Dublin from our favorite Irish pub, Robbie Fox’s Public House in Tempe. The trip included airfare and hotel stays in Dublin, Galway and Cork. Upon arriving in Dublin, we visited fellow PRGNers Cullen Communications, conveniently located right down the street from our hotel. The entire staff was so friendly and welcoming; it was such a pleasure meeting everyone. After visiting at the office for a little bit, a few of us then headed to Slattery’s, a popular rugby pub, to watch Frank Cullen’s son, Leo Cullen play rugby for Ireland. We drank pints of Guinness and got a few people to join in on our Leo chants. It was a fun night.
The rest of the trip consisted of lots of sight-seeing and traveling around the country. What a beautiful place. We saw the Cliffs of Moher, kissed the Blarney Stone and toured the Guinness Factory (rumor had it, that Mark Zuckerberg was there the same time as us).
It was one of the best experiences of my life. I would love to go back and visit again soon.
Thanks again to everyone at Cullen Communications for showing us such a fun time Friday night!
